look at me~! I change the dress! How amazing and attracted I am. and i can fly with my wind.

This class I learnt how to build a building or something else in the different places. look at this picture, I put a tree and a box on the island which belong to our class.

And in the pic 2-3, I set a box as a landmark and build Beach Villa near the beach. It is my dream that own a house near the beach so that I can always play on the sea and enjoy the wind.

and  I also interact with my teammates and make a video with them. It is so amazing that play with my teammates in the second life. We also surf together and swim. It is a little bit awkward that my wind was too big that always block my view so i have to take it off.T_T

Skype 2

After our second Skype which mainly discuss the essay---The Internet As A Glocal Discourse Environment, we figure out the reasons why Internet is so important.

First of all,online language learning is not focus on the test, or the discuss in formal education but from discourse so that we will not have the burden on caring of our examination score. And we can study with ease.

Besides, in the internet we can form a different identity so we will feel free to express ourselves and we don’t be shy. 

Furthermore, there’s the dynamic negotiation between the global and local so we can exchange our idea with the Internet. And to get feedback from many people from country to country with the same opportunity to express our idea.

Skype 1

In the process of the first Skype in our team, we read and discuss a essay whose title is PLAYING THE VIDEOTEXT: A MEDIA LITERACY PERSPECTIVE ON VIDEO-MEDIATED L2 LISTENING. So we talk something about learning language with video text with the help of this essay.

And what we have learnt after discussing is that we think if students have to use the video text then they will need to have social background and knowledge. Or they will fail to understand the content. Furthermore, reading process can be supported by Ipad for the reason that you can use ipad or pads to slide or to click some textbook in the internet. It is portable and you can read it every time and everywhere convenient so it will help students in reading process. The last but not least, internet provide more choices and we can choose what we want to know freely. 

Second Life.Second Day. Second Blogger.

My second life in second day on second blogger~!~

Today,I am go shopping in Freebie Galaxy. Although I brought so many clothes, dresses, hair styles, shoes and so on, I only cost 3 yuan. So I think it is really effective to kill my desire to shop. What is more, after changing the dress, the sense of achievement makes me feel excited and I love the game more.!

 Besides, I take a beautiful photo by myself,because I change my dress into a pretty wedding dress. It is my first time wearing wedding dress,haha!~ So let's make a dancing pose and take a nice shot!~

Furthermore, I even know how to use Camera Controls to take different directions' photos.  So look at the pic 1, it is the top-down view of being trapped in the bell tower.----"Oh, my god. How can I Leave that terrible place.T_T" And in the pic2, it is the upward view when I am flying in the sky.----"Oh, I am so shy that U look at my upskirt~~~~"

"haha~! I am so tired after going shopping and visiting the house and the garden built by other people, so I would like to have a seat on that comfortable sofa and in the beautiful garden."

It is the second day of my second life and I think I enjoy myself very much. Maybe I begin to realize the happiness and  pleasure in that virtual world.

second life!~Day 1

Ye! It is the first time I play in Second Life. Because I am really a freshman, it is really novel and fancy for me. Although I cannot play it very well now, i would like to explore that game and study English when playing.

First, I choose a character which is a beauty and named her Bonnie which is the same with me. HAHA!

So look at the picture! I am flying now.

And i even chat with some foreign strangers and meet new friends. I think it is one of the most impressive and attractive things that we play second life. Because we can not only build the new world which can be different form reality but also chat with friends in reality.

In that picture, actually, I am chatting with a friend in Second life, and he compliments that I look lovely and in nice dress. I am so exciting, although he does not praise my really look, it is happy and wonderful to hear that~! hahaha!~    

That's the first in my second life and I am looking forward to the process of playing it.~~!
